@googlemaps created new ticket with the same issue being reported: 5-1378000034588. Please fix it ASAP.

@googlemaps there is no proper system of reporting issues with google maps. no manual team which fixes obvious issues. Everything is left to the system and customer support are just puppets with pre-formatted answers.
