There are no shortcuts in school culture! If your culture is broken, you have NOTHING., particularly in Trauma Zone school. Please be smart and fix the culture FIRST so you can get the results you want in the classroom.

To stop or prevent student fighting requires the emotional education process, not just rules. Kids have to know why they feel the way they feel. They need consistent guidance and knowledge of self. Hidden anger is dangerous and can put you in a bad spot. Proaction beats Reaction!

Major respect to one of the best third grader teachers in the country, Ms. Schmidt and the 3rd grade class from East Academy, OH. almost at 100% of grade level in reading. Up 58% from September. These kids are so hype about school because of their teacher. This is my motivation.
