Seriously, @Delta, children and dogs don’t belong in your lounges. Make a separate one for them. Let them bark, crawl around, and carry on like they’re at home. But not in the regular lounges. It’s just gross. I don’t want a front seat to poor parenting and mannerless children.
@Delta ugh. Your lounges are getting worse and worse. I’m back at @HartsfieldATL and there’s basically a daycare in here. All it really takes is a small group of clueless parents with poorly-raised children to ruin a lounge experience.

2/2…and none of us are surprised that those little cowards are claiming the texts were doctored. Stop, @NYSYRNEXT, nobody cares enough about any of you to alter 28,000+ texts. Big, bad, private bigots who turn into apologetic, recalcitrant children when they get found out.

1/2…None of us should be “shocked and disgusted to learn about the racist, anti-Semitic, and misogynistic comments” of the @NYSYRNEXT. They learned from their parents, their churches, and the @GOP leaders they paged for/work under.

@delta 11/however many it takes. I’m certainly not saying I would kick a dog or punch a child, but if I accidentally-on-purpose tripped one or the other, you couldn’t blame me.

@HartsfieldATL @delta FYI: it “ain’t” cute watching a poorly-behaved child with negligent parents or a “bad dog” have their way in your lounge(s).

@delta 10/however many it takes. You have a PROBLEM WITH YOUR LOUNGE ACCESS. Will someone have to kick a dog or punch a child for you to amend your policies?

@delta 9/however many it takes. I manage to keep my shoes on, my clothes on, AND remain polite to lounge employees. I neither bark nor crawl around on all fours, and I’ve managed to do/not do all of these things for more than a decade. Why not demand the same from others?

@delta 8/however many it takes. I don’t want an apology. I don’t want your compensatory miles. What I want…what everyone wants, if for you to actually control your lounges. SURELY you can dictate “behavioral protocols” for people who access your lounges.

@delta 6/however many it takes. I refuse to believe you have no power over the behavior of individual you admit to your private lounge. There should be a clear policy that if an ANIMAL barks, jumps, bites, or nips, your agents CAN AND WILL eject you from the lounge.

@delta 5/however many it takes. There is no good reason for you to enable customers to RUIN A LOUNGE EXPERIENCE with untrained house pets and poorly-raised children (this child crawled and barked, intermittently for over an hour), and NOT empower your agents to tell them to leave

@delta 3/however many it takes. Not only am I paying a ridiculous yearly access fee to have ANIMALS in the lounge, I’ve just spent the past few hours watching a little girl crawl around on all fours BARKING LIKE A DOG because she sees/hears a dog barking in the lounge.

@delta 2/however many it takes. I’m currently at the @HartsfieldATL SkyLounge in the E terminal, and I am OVER you letting anybody and everyTHING into the lounges. If it BARKS, NIPS, BITES, or JUMPS, it is not a d*** service animal.

@HartsfieldATL @Delta Wait. My bad. That last missive was SEVEN out of “however many it takes.”

@HartsfieldATL I’m mad, @Delta, but I’m unsure if I’m more upset at the fact that I’ve had to re-install this app on my phone to communicate my ire with you or that I sharing a lounge with BARKING DOGS AND CHILDREN.
