Stop sleeping on @biotronik Selectra 3D. This is amazing for getting leads into the RV in patients with persistent left SVC. Here we placed a left bundle pacing lead without much difficulty.

79 yo Male, unexplained syncope, previous EF of 30%, now GDMT EF 45%. Known multivessel disease on medical therapy. Polymorphic VT induced on EP study, but also HV of 72 ms. Pre and post BiV ICD with left bundle area pacing. Syncope due to VT or heart block?

Good experience thus far with @BIOTRONIK_US Solia lead and Selectra sheath for left bundle pacing. Definitely a little more rigid but seems to find the right spot on the septum quickly! #epeeps

80 y/o M with NICM LVEF 45% with VT storm & ICD shocks. Earliest activation noted intramurally in AIV septal perforator vein via Vision wire. Not early in cusps, endo LV summit or RVOT. Successful ablation with long lesions in LV endocardium opposite the wire.
