So many people think listening is a passive act. They think they are good listeners by staying silent but they don't really listen. Few people are really good listeners. Very few are great listeners. Who do you consider to be a great listener? #communication

Scrolling endlessly through Twitter and watching reels as a distraction reduce my productivity. With the insight from your weekly audit, you are in a great position to plan ahead and have a productive week.

When you audit the past week, it compels you to identify what activities you ought to do more of and what activities that are not serving you. Typically, activities that make me productive are to spend time in nature, sleep and meditate.

When was the last time you assessed how you spent your time? Scheduling a weekly audit at the end of the week has helped me analyse my wins, what I learnt and activities that energised me.

We waste hours on things that don’t matter. When someone doesn't use time efficiently, he wastes the most valuable resource at his disposal and potentially his life.

In fact, time is more important than money. Time is finite where as money is infinite. Every second is precious because we won’t get it back once it’s passed. Most people seem to forget their time on this planet is ticking.

We don't wake up with £86,400 magically appearing in our bank account but everyday we get 86,400 seconds (24hrs). People seem to think Time is money.

You would probably spend the amount buying things, treating your family and friends, and so on. You may still be left with some remaining amount that you were unable to utilise at the end of the day.

Imagine every morning you wake up with £86,400 in your bank account. You have the freedom to spend that money on anything you wish to purchase. The amount cannot be carried forward to the next day. Any money left in the bank account disappears at the end of the day.

Sarah signed up for a yoga class. At first, she struggled to fit in this new activity. However, she set boundaries and organised other tasks around. Sarah set aside an hour every Saturday morning for self-care.

Sarah evaluated her weekly schedule. Being busy all the time, she had been neglecting her wellbeing. She made a decision to prioritise her wellbeing. Dedicating time to activities that nourish the mind, body, and spirit is vital yet often overlooked.

Despite her best efforts, Sarah felt overwhelmed and stressed. Sarah was pouring from an empty cup. She gave so much of herself that her energy level was depleted. Without energy, she struggled to keep up with everything. She knew that something needed to change.
