The superior capsular reconstruction #SCR has been completed using a hamstring allograft. The SCR will afford the patient (with an irreparable #rotatorcuff tear) decreased pain and improved function.

Right #shoulder with a very large #rotatorcuff tear. Anchors have been placed at the humeral attachment of the rotator cuff (hashes) and sutures have been passed. Controlled chaos. 😀 HH-AC=humeral head articular cartilage
