(2). 📌 BBs aren't 1st-line per ESC:.✔️ ACEi.✔️ ARB.✔️ CCB.✔️ Thiazides. 🟢 BBs = 1st-line only if:.❤️ HF.💓 Arrhythmia.💔 IHD.🤰 Pregnancy (Labetalol).📈 Resistant HTN. 🔄 For rate control:.→ Bisoprolol & Metoprolol.But for BP?.→ Carvedilol & Nebivolol. #Hypertension.

🚫💊 Not all Beta Blockers are good for hypertension!.Follow this thread .(1). ❌ Atenolol may lower BP readings but ↑ central aortic pressure → ↑ stroke risk 🧠. ✅ Better choices:.🏅 Carvedilol (Alpha+Beta blocker).🏅 Nebivolol (↑ NO → Vasodilation)
