First time in 8 years of retail I’ve seen a customer survey that is a long rant about one of our staff having poor customer service among other things… and due to a specific thing she mentions, I know 100% for a fact that the “staff member” was actually just another customer 🥴.

Instead of TFS this weekend I went to check out Colossalcon TX because they do an after hours rave at the waterpark until 3 AM! It was an awesome time!
