#EOS_SAT-1 is in a healthy state and control has been stabilized! This means that the #satellite is stopped from rotating in stabled mode as reaction wheels, gyroscopes and fine sun sensors take control of EOSSAT-1 to sun or target track a position on the earth.

DragonEye will be able to operate for about 5 years in a harsh #space environment due to the radiation-resistant optical components and a low coefficient of thermal expansion. Having two such cameras onboard EOSSAT-1, makes it one of the most powerful satellites in LEO.

Pros of #satellite crop monitoring: - saves up to 10% annually on fertilizer; - provides information on nitrogen levels in the soil, analyzing vegetation indices and deviations for a particular field; - reduces trips around the field to control crop development, saving fuel.
