Filling in for @RiotPhroxzon this patch. This patch is largely about shifting away from "ADCs in every lane" by systemically addressing the strongest ADC systems, similar to last patch. Senna is being adjusted to be better alongside an ADC, less so mages/tanks.

So if Iβm understanding this correctly:. Q buff for 10% AP ratio and 40 base dmg. E nerf for 20 base dmg (ability used 3x per rotation. P nerf for 10% AP ratio (used 2x per rotation). R nerf 5% onhit. TOTAL: -20 base dmg, -10% AP ratio, -5% onhit. Thanks for the buffs guys?π
