If you think about it DeFi (and crypto as a whole) is an internal game of attrition - how much money are you willing to lose before you find your edge and potentially be profitable 5-6 years ago, the space was not so saturated and it wasn't too difficult to find an edge.

It won’t be long before decentralized payments become seamless enough that users don’t even realize there’s anything “decentralized” happening under the hood Soon there will be almost no reason across the board not to adopt decentralized payments.. merchants can undercut their

I predicted long ago that as crypto matures, the predominant attack vector for crypto exploits/scams would NOT be on the smart contract level... We can see this pattern repeat throughout history. In the late 1800s to early 1900s, an amateur with a ski mask could rob a bank. But

Good question. In the short term, unlikely. Particularly on nascent architecture (think move chains) Long term? I think the answer is unclear. History has shown us that AI progresses at a much faster rate than many people predict. It wasn't long ago that AI was failing to solve

As a previous auditor with years of experience, Solidity announcing the removal of inheritance from Core Solidity is a major change - here's why: As long as inheritance has been alive in Solidity, it has been something of a double edged sword. On one hand, it allows for code
Wow, the Solidity team says they are certain they will be removing inheritance from the language entirely. "We are already certain that we will be removing inheritance entirely." That's the first thing I removed from Compose's standard library of facets. Full Solidity blog

Can someone sell me on payment cards, been looking more into them since DevConnect and it seems like the most well established is the https://t.co/D20fnWPvfd card my main questions are: - where does the yield come from: i'm aware of the vaults on etherfi but haven't read too
ether.fi
DeFi meets real-world spending. ether.fi lets you earn with ETH, BTC, and stablecoins while accessing a crypto Visa card — all non-custodial and fully yours.

Today, the straw goat was installed in Sweden. The countdown has officially begun. It will be taken down on January 1st, and until then, we’re holding our shields up for its survival. I increased my NO position and brought the total number of shares to 1k. Ho-ho, the Christmas

You think the KOL that will shamelessly shill anything for 0.2 ETH has your best interests in mind? With 99% of stuff you read on CT there is an incentive - pumping their own bags, farming your referral, etc DYOR has and will always be about trying out protocols for yourself,

2025 DevConnect Recap: - Privacy was very big, as expected - Blockchains are still focused on racing to the bottom on transaction fees - Many many DeFi protocols - have no doubt that we will see composable DeFi boom as a result of new privacy rails and primitives - Insurance was

One interesting thing about the 'About this account' feature is that you can really tell that market opinions vary quite drastically by geographical location Westerners/developed countries seem much more bearish on crypto than those in developing countries Maybe something to do

launching a native token on another blockchain might become the norm.. much easier experience than going through CEXs that being said its not as easy for people new to crypto also kind of reminds me of when move launched early on ethereum
