I’ve resuscitated a 900g baby born at 27weeks, at a level 1 rural hospital, w/out a ventilator /paediatrician. I kept her alive by manually breathing for her all night coz I didn’t trust anyone to have my patience. I discharged her 2 mnths later weighing 1,8kg. Don’t generalize.

I’ve done many post-mortems on young fit (usu. males) people who exercised hard while sick. Histology results showed “viral infection” in the heart muscles.
I tell people ALL the time to rather wait a week & heal, than push through an illness w a fever & body pains.. but ppl...
Guys please don't train, run or gym when you have flu.
Someone who was fit tried to train through flu.
He had heart complications, now he is living with a heart condition & he can't train for long as he runs out of breathe when his HR hits a specific number.
