I was just worried about the supine PCNL as spleen and colon laterally. Most supine PCNL are done lateral punctures. However, I did Mini Perc,stone guided but more medical picture.

32/M polycystic kidney with left renal stone 14 mm in anterior calyx with spleenomegaly and retrorenal colon partially,.Need expert opinion,is it possible to perform supine PCNL in this case?
