Grievers need support- not surveillance, judgment, or avoidance. 3 mins of what is 'my truth' - sure grief is physical. But avoidance of grief is physical too.

This study highlights grief support centered on emotional presence and authentic connection, with animals playing a powerful role. Integrating these insights into bereavement care could better align assistance with what grievers find genuinely helpful.

Directed and produced by the incredibly talented Jon Bregel, this beautifully sorrowful documentary captures the breathtaking work of Selah Carefarm. **Extremely sensitive content** including child loss, murder, newborn death, and also honest and profound.

It's a stark reminder of our collective need for deeper emotional education and maturity, lest we continue to perpetuate a culture that values insensitivity as humor at the expense of genuine suffering.

This comic, which crudely jests about 'milking grief for attention,' not only trivializes the profound and often isolating pain of grief, even when traumatic, but also betrays a juvenile discomfort with the complexities of human emotion (more. ).

In a society that often exhibits a profound deficiency in emotional intelligence regarding grief, it’s disheartening yet unsurprising to see expressions that not only fail to ascend to the level of basic compassion but actively choose to wallow in the mire of ignorance (more. )
