Pt with h/o LLE DVT rxed with surgical thrombectomy remotely, with B/L LE edema and ulcers. Had CTO of infrarenal IVC and bilateral iliac veins, treated with IVUS venoplasty, double barrel stenting of IVC to bilateral EIV and RCFV @OEISociety @VenousForum @VIVAPhysicians

I am getting tired of seeing all promoted tweets from Shockwave IVL device. Some of the cases frankly I am surprised that any intervention was done. It’s a device which has a place in our tool kit. But geez . @EVToday @Vascupedia_com @VascularSVS @_MCLIN_ @cardiacinterv.
