Do you think we should diversify task stimuli to better understand motor skill learning and neuroplasticity ? Or at least compare these types of exercises.

Motor skill learning research uses aerobic exercises like riding a bike or walking for stimuli task. We know cross-crawl exercises and dancing use working memory and increases neuroplasticity by integrating both hemispheres of the brain.

Do you think science implementation in rehabilitation could be more successful if researchers considered clinical challenges in study protocols? Or if researchers first observed in clinical settings to understand reality from laboratory?

Real-life clinical working demands are not factored into laboratory studies. Which can make new research findings unrealistic to incorporate in clinical settings.

If I could have asked my question? (Part 1) Science Implementation You listen for 90 mins. Write down your question. Build courage to walk to the mic. Stand in the line silently rehearsing the question. TIME. They stop taking questions.

Medical gaslighting is real. For two weeks, I’ve experienced numbness and tingling on my left side. It became so frightening that I went to the ER. They tried to convince me that I was just stressed and anxious. The nurse suggested that it could be radiation from cellphone use.
