One of the trickiest things about winter running is relearning what you need to wear at what temperature every year. It's overdressing season for me. Just a quick (yet slow) 5k for me this morning

Slowing down weight progression while I work on my form. Focused on bar placement and opening the hips more. Better but still needs work. Lower bar put awkward pressure on my wrists. So there's a new problem to solve. Get a little better every day.

Squats this morning. 3x5 205lbs. I feel my best when I'm getting stronger and running regularly. Doing one and excluding the other is a mistake, leading to injury or lower general fitness. A mistake I've made too many times, but don't plan to again. Go have a great weekend.
