Proud to announce that my suitcase was featured by @BBCLondonNews. Here's the article: Left: photo from the article. Right: my suitcase. Wishing @HeathrowAirport and the airlines all the best for reuniting baggages and owners, I've yet to receive mine.

I participated in the lovely Analysis Festival on Special Holonomy! A lecture by me about G2-instantons here: It starts with an introduction accessible for all differential geometry students and ends with a specific construction method for instantons.

Excited to speak this Thursday at OLGA 2021 about "Gluing constructions for instantons"! I'll spend some time explaining what gluing is anyway and what other interesting applications of gluing (in differential geometry) exist!

Some beautiful work in progress on the intersection of machine learning and geometry: "Group Invariant Machine Learning through Near-Isometries" gives methods for group invariant ML using any model you like (neural network, random forest or else)!

Today my first preprint appeared online: "Existence of torsion-free G2-structures on resolutions of G2-orbifolds using weighted Hรถlder norms" (. A lot of beautiful analysis and even some pictures inside!.

Finished my AI internship at @ArabesqueAM last month month. One of the things I learned: it was known that word embeddings have good arithmetic properties, but sentence embeddings have even richer geometry. Example: active+passive sentences (roughly) differ by the same vector.

The government invented a curious central system to award grades without exams because of Covid. Much has been written about how that's affected students. Here is an interesting article by my colleague Ashwin Iyengar that explains how the system works:
