The awful @NatWestGroup bank offered me the opportunity to make a complaint in response to my complaint about their fees. They wouldn't need a complaints dept if they were any good and then they could invest those savings in lowering their fees. Simples. 🤷‍♂️.

Good to have further exoneration from @bbc of the botched A-Level process at @TanglinTrust in 2020. The school has implemented most of my recommendations in the years since but they have yet to issue a full apology for their failure in their duty of care.
