Coaches keep wondering where all the players are…. The math doesn’t math guys. You won’t take HS kids or as many JUCO as before. When all you take is portal players the pool of talent consumes itself. Nobody to back fill. 2 years of portal mania has left the cupboards bare

@JUCOadvocate I’m trying to spread the word, because them not getting it…. benefits no one They just got used to the idea that the portal will boost their success…. reversing that concept won’t happen seamlessly

@douglasrscott I'm of the impression there are many teams still filling roster spots for the upcoming year. If so, it's probably a little too early for this stat since many will bring in underclassmen from the portal.
