The amount of overlap between my dissertation research on professional identity formation at NSGC AC and the abstract “Navigating belonging and identity at the NSGC AC: Insights from a longitudinal study of BIPOC GC students” is blowing my mind.

And #NSGC24 Tip 3) If you’re walking through the convention center to get to our space, walk the whole way on the first floor! there’s construction that has shut down a middle section of the center and there’s and easy cut through/bypass on the first floor, but not the 2nd!
