normally go off the rails for a month after a scrap but had a week off pouting and got straight back to it as holidays in 3 weeks and I can't have a dad bod till the all inclusive kicks in on around day 3 lol x

On the bottom a clenched fist how a proper legal punch is thrown on the top a fist with thumb inside the fingers where if you landed a proper hard legal shot you would brake your own thumb as any fighter would know but clueless people can't see this. nxt move decided nxt week x

Can I make 95kgs at the ripe old age of 41? It would be the lowest weight I've ever competed at. 99kg in the pic and had breakfast the morning b4 the weigh in. We might find out sooner rather than later announcement pending x

external damage and old war wounds healed up just the internal damage from a scratched eyeball to go. retired for the 102nd time in the heat of the moment whilst getting stiched up but I can't go out on a loss through getting fingered @bkb_official1 @bkbbareknuckle x

punch at top clear jab closed fist legal shot shock off easily not the punch that ended the fight like some fat useless fekr is saying. punch at bottom open hand illegal punch poke/grazed the eye shot that caused me to take a knee ending the fight @bkb_official1 @bkbbareknuckle x

strongly dislike eliffe that will not change aftr lines he crossed.can't deny the lanky giraffe necked c#nt got a good chin.caught him with 3/4 clean rights and he took them caught me with fek all clean but I ended up like a 1 eyed panda lol @bkb_official1 @bkbbareknuckle
