Great session tonight @GeorgeMonbiot and #georgehutchison. Well chaired #zoewilliams. How neoliberalism controls our lives-“What neoliberalism does so well is to tell a story. The only thing that can replace a story is a story”. Why is the ‘Left’ so afraid of systems change? 🙏🏿

Watched the documentary ‘African Apocalypse’ re the horrors of French colonialism in Niger. Very disturbing. Sadly the negative legacies live on in the lives of Niger’s people. Sobering discussions afterwards @NorthumbriaUni with producer/director #Rob Lemkin. Intense.
