Words can't express how much I hate your lucky pick rewards game, @Vitality_UK

That's 4 or 5 weeks in a row now that I've not found any stupid dogs in the @Vitality_UK stupid weekly game. Punishment for winning a single Amazon £5 voucher weeks ago.

Thank goodness @Vitality_UK are updating this rubbish 'rewards' system. Can't happen soon enough

The latest on the downgraded @Vitality_UK rewards scheme

Im going to reduce my kids pocket money, then tell them I've 'supercharged' it, like @Vitality_UK have with their rewards scheme downgrade. Might even get them to take part in a game of chance where the odds are stacked against them too.

Well that's 16 points achieved this week, so I can now put my feet up until next Monday, since @Vitality_UK don't really reward activity anymore since they broke their own rewards scheme! No incentive for anything above 12 anymore.

@Vitality_UK And just to top things off, they no longer offer Twitter DM support, and the WhatsApp messaging they point us towards is an AI bot. Grim.

Update on the terrible changes @Vitality_UK have made to their rewards, no Amazon vouchers because I didn't find enough cartoon dogs, three fewer Rakuten vouchers than I used to get, two fewer cinema tickets. Dreadful.

The changes to the @Vitality_UK 'rewards' scheme are the kind of thing a losing team in The Apprentice might have come up with.
