But I definitely needed to make it as a stepping stone to what I do now. I'm glad you all are still into it.

So I will say this for all the analog horror fans, I am straying from the format entirely. I love the digital slideshow feel in almost a storybook way, but I don't think it presented my ideas very well in the long run.

My own genre a bit. When I eventually did dive deep into what analog horror was, I realized what I made had already sorta been made before. Only I thought of it as digital horror art, not the newest analog horror cashgrab.

However if you asked me I'd say it really misrepresents me as an artist now. It seems quite cliche with the stretched face and religious imagery but to tell you the truth, I watched almost no analog horror aside from Gemini before making it. I thought I had stumbled across [. ].

Initially it had a really weirdly polarizing effect. People either came to me telling me to confirm to them it wasnt real, or telling me it was ridiculous and comical to them. There was almost no in between. was fascinating to watch the internet make waves about a thing id made.

It's been a year. Let's revisit "the boiled one" was for a minute. How do we really feel about it? As I've progressed as a video creator and artist in general I've begun to see it as amature, but many have said it is still deeply horrifying to them. What the hell was this ??
