@LibDems Cost they estimate at £2.7 billion funded by taxing big banks. Critics say it’s not enough, and would be better targeted. If it was those in most need could get more hours of dedicated care. And those who are very well off don’t need help.

The serious policy @LibDems are pushing today is a plan for free Personal Care for all over 18s who need help at home or in residential care in England. So you’d get it based on need not ability to pay (Covers the day to day care costs not other stuff eg accommodation/bills etc).
