Ted's dinner for the next week

Our rice turns out lovely and I'm just going to cooking all the water out of the onion and peppers. This is kind of boring so I'm just going to cook the lentils and then post pictures at the end.

Now we combine the bell peppers and the onions with seasoning and olive oil spray and cook.

I think we'll have to chop the old way I think I broke the blender

Now let's chop our onion with our Cheetos branded blender while the rice cooks in the pressure cooker

While the chicken is cooking we'll use our pressure cooker to cook the rice and also the lentils will go into a salt bath

Then we season the chicken. The seasoning sticks to the spray

First we spray the chicken with the olive spray
