The bigger question with Jackson is why weren’t they prepared for a 6-8 week injury for a CF anyway? If this happened after Jackson’s BM loan had completed we’d have been screwed.

That was a good time to play against an utterly atrocious West Ham team but it was clinical. There’s plenty of goals in this team when the opponent isn’t set up well.

I’d expect to continue to see similar churn rates as long as Clearlake are around. Remember though, this is doing it ‘sustainably’ apparently.

Lavia, Caicedo and Palmer were all signed between this game and the end of the window. But even after the insane amount of churn we’ve seen, I’d say there are seven assured starters in Sanchez, Enzo, Colwill, Caicedo, James, Cucu and Palmer. Still big q marks on the former two.
