About yesterday @ Lawton Parole Office (PDM), we had a break in action for Mental Health Awareness month to line dance, called “The Healthy Shuffle” fostering social interaction, and engagement amongst staff in an stress-free mindset! #funtimes an evening of LOVE and LAUGHTER!

Refereeing is such a thankless job, but I LOVE it! I do it to give back to the sport that gave so much to me; for the kids; and because I’m passionate about what I do. Yesterday, to be acknowledged for my 20 years of service was a blessing.
