Frustrating because I genuinely wish this was good. Unfortunately online celebrity culture is so beyond ridiculous that I don't think you can tell a compelling story about it by making every character an idiot. It's already a parody of itself. It takes a far more skilled hand.

If it had any sort of sense of humor about itself beyond playing every character as farcical it would maybe be endearing as a 2020s time capsule a la Girls as it is oft compared to. The problem is that Lena Dunham is a genius and Rachel Sennott is not.
