Every single weekend @SouthwestAir has some type of let down. Luggae comes up with a missing wheel but because there is a small crack on the complete opposite side of the suitcase they say they’re not responsible. ENTIRE wheel missing

Man @SouthwestAir keeps getting worse and worse. Been stuck in Denver 3 times this week. Boarded today almost two hours late and just been sitting on the plane 40 min now 🤦🏽♂️
