Jaland Lowe @jalandlowe has announced he will be transferring to @KentuckyMBB . Lowe was one of the top guards in the portal! . Last year at Pittsburgh he averaged 16.8ppg 5.5apg, which was top 40 in the country and 4.2rpg!
