Soooo I’ve been hiding this for awhile and now I can finally say it!
CUFF IT WETTER REMIX IS OFFICIAL!
Thank you to
@Beyonce
@parkwood
and most importantly the DJs and fans that supported this from the start! Love to all!
Youre not above anyone just because you were credited on Beyoncé’s album. He’s well credited in his own right & his shit popped SO HARD that Beyoncé had to give you credit as original production EVENTHOUGH his mix was genius. Stay humble because the fans make the rules buddy lol
we’re living in a “boiler room” era where people are getting big from playing other people’s edits/remixes. Best believe you better tag us who make y’all sets fire 😉
🚨 According to 'The Neighborhood Talk', they exclusively reported that Beyoncé will release another version of CUFF IT (WETTER REMIX) featuring Twista!
“I spoke exclusively with Twista who confirmed the collaboration is currently in progress. ‘Working on it as we speak.’”
ok so I finally did the impossible... I re-warped Blueface's vocals so it's on beat. Thotiana is now the greatest song of all time. hit me up of u want it
My 2 cents is.. can a DJ / producer really claim a lot of credit for making a mashup? There is some level of taste / skill to make it.. but it’s literally mixing 2 songs together. Usually 2 already popular songs together.. we should get some credit.. but also.. its pretty easy
been telling these labels to clear these mashups and blends that have been blowing up. it’s literally the smartest thing you could do for your artists right now. congrats
@djesentrik
on your MAJOR beyoncé placement!!!
a tip I can give on doing quality blends is don’t be afraid to experiment with songs that are diff keys. Pitch them to match. you’re limiting yourself if you’re only doing songs of the same key. Also if two songs are the same key, it doesn’t mean it automatically sounds good
