Completely impractical! 1. Training an elderly person with a YT video ? Very nice sure helps with the anxiety 2. Not everyone are familiar with airports. 3. Missing one key point. It also assures smooth arrival at destination. My MIL hardly speaks English travels with this.
Apart from meet and greet, there's also: 1) Youtube videos telling you how to navigate airports and familiarizing you beforehand on what you will see (free). 2) Option to video call your parents while they at airport and helping them 3) Keeping your eyes and ears open and asking
