The video of this incident is just as bad as it sounds. The priest is standing there, not doing anything remotely illegal, and without warning a masked DHS agent on the roof shoots him in the top of his head with a pepper ball.

24hrs later, immigrants have showed up at the Dallas ICE facility for their check ins, although they were postponed. They are worried since they say they didn’t get an official notification from ICE. Dallas PD has been helping them, but there’s not much they can do.
