"'op korte termijn kan je wel proberen dingen onder het tapijt te vegen, maar wil je echt op lange termijn de betrokkenheid van Nederlandse burgers & politiek, dan moet je gewoon open & eerlijk zijn. en laten zien dat je leert!' Wat denken jullie? Is dat zo? Doen we dat genoeg?
Hoogleraar @dirkjankoch legde bij ons uit hoe je in een oorlogschaos, zoals die in #Gaza en Soedan, toch nog het beste noodhulp kan bieden en wat de voor- en nadelen van zijn van ontwikkelingssamenwerking.

Een recent boek ‘China & Rwanda' (Mbanda) maakt een vergelijking tussen het effectieve leiderschap van Xi & Kagame. 'Het is de vraag of de Europese landen geopolitiek in dezelde liga spelen als deze zeer strategisch opererende leiders. Dealen met Rwanda is niet voor beginners.'.
