Laut neuer Einigung des #Mietendeckel können Mieter jetzt die Miete kürzen, wenn sie mehr als 30% der verfügbaren Einkommens ausmacht. Die grüne SED sagt also den Besitzern: Wenn sie sichere Mieteinnahmen wollen, dürfen sie nur noch an Ärzte, Erben, Anwälte und Beamte vermieten

Künftige Miete noch 230 €, abzgl. AfA für hochwertige Einrichtung 150 €, nicht umlagefähige Nebenkosten 40 €, Grundsteuer (zahlt künftig wohl der Vermieter) 16 €, ESt 12 €, bleiben netto 12 € Mieteinnahme im Monat. Werde die Wohnung wohl leer stehen lassen. #Mietendeckel
