Nightmarish experience with @urbancompany_UC this time. Shortlisted wall panels on Sunday and was guaranteed that it will get installed by Tuesday. After multiple follow ups, delays in delivery, 15-20 calls, chats with call centers, they sent the wrong panels!

No improvement today either! Got a couple of calls from their call center yesterday confirming no more delays but 4th day this week where no milk is delivered. @_countrydelight @MilkCountry very sad to see such bad service.

While we keep talking about Delhi and its pollution, Mumbai has slowly but surely overtaken all other cities and is the 2nd worst polluted city in the world!! Literally breathing poison every day...feel bad for our kids😔
