so many people at the gym have commented on my wg, except 1 of my closest friends (who is also the instructor) instead she only comments on my strength and my hard work in class, always praises me for my form, flexibility & lifting heavy, so grateful for her support & kindnessšŸ’•

I think smth is happening with my hormones, every single gym class I’m sweating sm, my entire face turns red and I have the body odour of a teenage boy, what is happening omg, I’m blaming my weight for this I’m 10lbs heavier than my lw so I think that’s got smth to do with it😭

It’s so frustrating and a lot of times labelled as anxiety eg for chest pains or breathing problems, but my ACTUAL anxiety doesn’t present like that so it’s a case of convincing the drs I know myself better than they do

some of you don’t even think about the negative consequences an actual diagnosis can have in your life. yes it’s validating but it also means any health issue you could have is gonna be treated as a mental health issue

how the hell am I gonna lose 20lbs, pretty sure this 18 month relapse has shot my metabolism to the point where idek if it’s possible, I know I could lose 10lbs bc ive been that weight before but I hope I can push my body further bc I am too huge atm
