I don't know if this guy has ever said a single statement that's correct. Not just his overall points or his speculative wild conspiracies, but every single sub-point and every premise he ever makes. Everytime I see him in my feed it's always nonsense.
@EquityDiamonds 2014-2015 can't remember the BIP number, but the core dev started to dismantle bitcoin op codes and one off te topics was to switch the alert feature to save space or some bullshit. The alert feature alert the owner of any unauthorised spent on their utxo wallet.

However, I do think it's pretty clear what it means, and the second choice just means using your massive hashrate to mine like normal INSTEAD OF attacking. And in any case, Section 11 makes it more clear that arbitrary inflation isn't a possible consequence of a 51% attack. (5/5)

I never noticed before the sentence could potentially be misinterpreted this way. It does say a 'greedy attacker' has to 'choose between', which could imply both choices are attacks. Because he needn't be defined as an attacker at all if one of his choices is not an attack. (4/5).

The video author seems to be interpreting both as being two ways of defrauding people in a 51% attack, and 'playing by the rules' as being contrary to both. So he goes on at 23:20 to include arbitrary and unlimited inflation as part of the cost-benefit ratio of attacking. (3/5).

But he makes an error in interpretation. The 'generate new coins' there is part of 'playing by the rules'. It means using your hashrate to generate normal subsidy honestly, not arbitrarily inflating. 'Stealing back his payments' is the exclusive 'defraud people' scenario. (2/5)

Nothing against whoever made this vid, even if it's a BSVer. But whoever it is has a pretty big error in their reading of the whitepaper. At 21:05, he shows Section 6 and discusses how with 51% you have a choice of attacking or playing by the rules. (1/5).
