Speaking as someone who has been doing a lot of recruitment lately, if a CV falls into my lap of a candidate with 28 A levels, I am unlikely to interpret this as anything positive. Is it a transcription error? A weird lie? A lack of direction/indecisive behaviour? Red flags all.
