This is Terri, 3 years after HSCT for Multiple Sclerosis. She was not accepted for transplant in USA. She came to Monterrey, Mèxico. Her outpatient transplant was successful now she has said goodbye to her wheelchair! Happy swiming!

He was transplanted twice twenty years ago; his diagnosis: Blackfan-Diamond Anemia; the first two HSCT failed. After his third transplant he's doing very well. Donor was the same. We just changed the conditioning regiment for this outpatient procedure. Perseverance and good luck.

This young patient visit made my day. Second haplo HSCT. Initially refractory AML. He relapsed after the first one ( brother was his donor). Cells from his father 👍 💯. Now 180 d post . MRD negative and 💯chimerism. The best treatment for relapsed AML is HSCT.

14 days on venetoclax seems to be enough. Data from China also support this information. "Reduced duration and dosage of venetoclax is efficient in newly diagnosed patients with acute myeloid leukemia."

Believe it or not, but this middle age lady with CLL, received FCR, BR, ibrutinib. After short response she was in a "bad" relapse. Single Venetoclax, 100 mg/day with itraconazol made this response. Monterrey, Mexico. UANL

We use low dose rituximab in TTP patients. 100 mg every week since diagnosis. She required just a few plasma exchanges. Her smile is related to good results. In low and middle income countries this is a low cost approach.
