Seeing how Angela Yu structured her version made me realize how much experience and foresight really matter. It was humbling, but also a reminder of what I’m working toward. I’ll get there. Onto the next🚀.

To enhance my knowledge and experience with REST APIs, took on the extra hard challenge for the day 36 of Angela Yu's python course which involved .- Getting stock prices from the alphavantage api on a particular stock

🐛 Problems Faced while trying it without any tutorials .- The use of class-based UI was a heavy eye opener and brain wrecker. - The logic that makes the canvas turn green if answered correctly and red otherwise was also a bit problematic(window.after()) Was the way🥲.

Quizzler now has a face 😎. Took the quiz app I built earlier in the CLI and rebuilt it with a GUI using Tkinter (Day 34–35 of @AngelaYu’s Python course). 🔘 Buttons for True/False.🎨 Score tracker.🧠 Questions update automatically.GUI logic was crazy tricky at first

At every run of the program, the questions are varied but just as fun. And trust the process, my 10/10 is coming soon✋😂🤚

And the code that requests for questions from the API, passing in the type of questions and numbers required as parameters. It's almost like cheating having to use just this lines of code instead of hard coding the questions.😪

GM, yesterday I revisited one of the little projects I earlier worked on, a quiz that asks questions of type Boolean, that's true or false. But the questions were limited and it eventually got boring. Now, with my knowledge of APIs I used @opentdb's API to improve it. Details 👇.

US States Trivia: used turtle for the UI and Pandas to get the states and their coordinates to be able to place them on the map when guessed correctly. Will prolly do the Nigerian States trivia next as the patriotic citizen I am😂

🎮 Snake game, Ping Pong, and more (built with turtle), the UI isn't the best but honestly, building the logic made it way more satisfying than it looks 😅
