These clowns really thought Canada and Mexico weren't going to do anything once a 25% tariff was in place. Talking about tariffs can be part of a trade negotiation (bad tactics, but tactics nonetheless). Executing said tariffs escalates from negotiations to trade warfare.

Folks who hold this opinion fall into two groups:.1) They have plenty of cash reserves in the bank to weather the fallout of cuts like these. 2) They aren't in group #1, and they're ignorant to how cuts like these would impact their lives + the lives of their friends & family.
Until we balance the budget, I’m literally for randomly cutting everything by 10-35% and seeing what happens . At least on this scenario we live to fight another day . BTW: this is what happens to individuals who go broke: credit cards turn off & Netflix gets paused! 😂.
