TrustMRR is literally a hack to find whats working , execution behind it and copy that. It wont be easy but at least you will have a roadmap PS - I think TrustMRR is the undervalued one

I personally believe building an agency is tougher than building a saas agency -> daily problems , high churn (depends on you and market) , difficult to get clients initially (with no investment) saas -> just build in public
