I've been using Claude Max. Solid tool, but the CLI has issues. Buggy. Frustrating. So yesterday I thought: why not just use the API directly? More control. Pay for what you use. Installed opencode. Great tool! Seriously! > Put $5 on my API account. > Asked for a simple fix.

Stood in the bookstore today. Hand on a marketing book. Then I stopped. How many of these have I read already? Five? Ten? And here's the uncomfortable truth I finally admitted to myself: Reading about marketing is more comfortable than doing marketing. Every book is another

3 days deep into refactoring my Rust backend. Not adding features. Just... fixing my own mess. Here's what I found: - Duplicate endpoints doing the same thing - Super specific endpoints that could've been one generic one - Clever macro shortcuts that made everything harder to

Another day, another test. After creating new creatives for https://t.co/u9bpQZ0Quf and launching a new Ad campaign. I'm now also testing if making the currency local to the markets I advertise in, will actually make a difference and drive conversions. Right now all prices are

Marketing is trial and error. Everyone knows that. But here's what nobody tells you: When your product doesn't have traction yet, every failed campaign feels like proof that your product sucks. I just burned through money on https://t.co/u9bpQZ1ojN campaigns. Zero results.

Went all-in on marketing https://t.co/u9bpQZ0Quf last week. First thought: "Where do I even start?" SEO felt like shouting into the void. I wanted traction NOW, not in 3 months. And the competition for time tracking is CRAZY! I would need a LOT of links to even be considered.

Truth Nuke: My most productive week since I started building in public? The week I stopped posting. I know. Sounds backwards. But here's what I realized: You're a BUILDER. You build products. Yes, marketing matters. But spending hours every day crafting content no one reads?

Took the weekend off from posting. Not because I was tired. But because I realized I was grinding without a direction. Daily wrap-ups were fun. I loved doing them. But here's the truth: my target audience isn't here. I'm building apps for tattoo artists, barbers, real-estate

Is it just me or is X having issues today? The app barely works and the Website is also funny...

Day 6 of my Daily Wrap Ups. Surprised myself today. Ripped through everything I planned and shipped features I didn't even have on the list. Fixed every bug in my backlog. Everything's running smoothly now. Built something I've been missing in every time tracker I've used.

Just checked https://t.co/u9bpQZ0Quf stats. 19 visitors in the last 7 days 🥳 Not huge, but damn does it feel good to see real people checking out something I built. ‼️ And that's pre-update! This weekend I'm shipping improvements, and honestly? I'm letting myself hope this

Finally the weekend has come! 🚀 The most productive time of the week is about to start. > No meetings. > No context switching. > No interruptions. Just me, my code, and 48 hours of pure building time.

Not gonna lie, I surprised myself today. Everything I planned? Done. ✅ All the https://t.co/u9bpQZ0Quf bugs from my ToDo? Squashed. New pricing? Done as well??! 😳 Now I'm already improving existing features, thinking about the onboarding flow, and built a secret feature 😅

DAY 5 of my Daily Wrap Ups: I feel really happy today! I mostly worked on fixing bugs in SheetShuffle and making preparing things for my new pricing strategy with yet another new launch! Fingers crossed that everything will be ready this weekend and I can launch the app on a

Building in public is rubber duck debugging. You explain your product, your vision, your progress. And just by reporting, you're already thinking deeper about your choices. That's why it works.

DAY 4 of my Daily Wrap Ups: Finally after all the research and reading I've got to building again and I started by reworking SheetShuffle to implement the new plan that I was working on and the new features etc. Tomorrow I'll most likely continue on the new Website and

Woke up today feeling completely dried out. Wandering around without direction. No plan. No focus. That's the worst feeling when you're building, knowing you should be moving forward but not knowing where. So I stopped. Building a plan right now instead of wasting more hours.

DAY 3 of my Daily Wrap Ups: Really proud that I made it to day 3 and I managed to keep the video shorter and I don't look as tired as the last 2 days (event though it's later). I've been mostly researching today again, reading up on some marketing resources and I think that I

DAY 2 of my Daily Wrap Ups: I was really struggling on getting this video out today. I had a really bad headache and was looking for excuses to let it slide. But I put on the recording and just pushed through! Thoughts it's gonna be a quick one but I actually kept yapping
