The parent/guardian has to do the work for them? How do we live in a world where we are subject to this waiting for needed medical attention? Has anyone else dealt with this with @AUVIQ ? (9)

This is the world we live in. I’m worried every day about my kid and then there’s this on top of everything. I’m sure it’s never coming. How can they sleep at night without doing their due diligence to make sure they are aware of any and all delivery issues before (8)

I’m now waiting on my 4th delivery attempt. Each time there is a 5-7 day delay in between. We have been waiting A MONTH for an emergency epi injector for a 5 YR OLD CHILD. @AUVIQ has made it clear they don’t care. They are withholding life-saving medical care (7)

And I’m then told there is an issue with the pharmacy they use out by me (none of this is told to me until i call). They apologized. Rescheduled. Well guess what? It doesn’t come (6)

We are then on delivery 3. I call. I tell them my child needs this. This is to prevent the possibility of death if she has an allergic reaction. To their credit, the phone operators are very kind. The operator does some investigating (5)

Delivery date comes and goes. No injector. I call back. I’m told there was a glitch in the system. We reschedule. It’s another 6 days out. Ok, my kid needs this. We wait. Delivery date, again, comes and goes with no injector arriving (4)

4 weeks ago i ordered our refill. Our current set of injectors had expired. The school needs a non expired injector. I call, was given a delivery date (these can only be ordered via phone, only delivered) 6 days away. Okay, no problem (3)

My child is 5. She is allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and egg. This is her first year in school and having @AUVIQ has helped to ease the stress of having an allergy kid in school where i cannot be every day (2)
