(1/7) I ran a 45:28 10k @TCSWorld10K after a year of battling overuse injuries. This was a 9 minute all-time PR and I managed to shave 13 minutes off since the injury. Here’s my: 1. Training plan 2. Goals & milestones 3. Specific workouts

One of the most magical things about India is the wildlife. I still cannot believe my eyes when I drive from town to town. On my drive to Monkey Temple in Jaipur, this is what the road looked like. It’s not uncommon to see dogs, cows, & tons of monkeys in the streets of India.

There's a feeling among ordinary folk that everyone above them is ripping the system off; why not them? Public morality is usually a top-down thing.

A lorry overturned in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, and people looted cold drink bottles despite the injured driver pleading with them not to. Such incidents are not uncommon in India. What explains this mass behaviour? Such insensitivity, for what? A few hundred rupees?

Day 0 of my internship in Patna | I was told this is one of the city’s posh areas, home to historic buildings & some of the best food carts. But to my surprise, the streets were flooded with sewer water, dirt, and lacked proper lighting & markings. - Intern Admin

Municipalities maintain their bulldozers but not their fire engines. They demolish homes, but don’t check bridges for weakening. They foster communal hatred, but don’t check water pipes for contamination.

I'm going to make some obvious points. (1) Blowing up all the oil infrastructure in the Middle East is an insane idea, and may well result in a global economic crash and humanitarian crisis unrivaled in the lives of those now living. We're talking about the price of everything

Day 01 of travelling in patna for my internship – started with whatever phone I have ended up with a Rapido detour to a “premium waterfront” near Nehru Nagar. Turns out it’s a nala right next to Boring Road. Urban planning so advanced that even buffaloes have secured their spot

Guess Costco is a thing for them worldwide. Indian takes his mom into Costco in Australia and she absolutely loses it when she sees all the meat. Real question. Why move to a meat-eating western nation to only act this way? Pretty sure there’s a country that frowns on eating

Rs 7 egg & Rs 22 egg are nutritionally almost identical. Most of what you're paying extra for is... marketing. Egg industry has turned a simple food into a quiz. Brown /white? Orange/yellow yolk? Omega-3? @anushkantala & I dug into what actually matters. Link in next tweet.
