There is an air of frustration around the club and rightly so. The rules are outdated and ridiculous meaning football has become unlikeable to die hard fans. We must keep talking about it and keep it front and centre otherwise football will be soulless, if it isn’t already.

One thing for me yesterday that seems to go unnoticed. If Konsa lets Gordon through, assume he scores and we’re scrapping then for a point. Konsa fouls Gordon, down to 10 but he doesn’t score and we still dig in for half hour for a point. So for me it was a well earned point.

Aston Villa have been fined £125,000 after accepting they breached the Premier League's multiball rules in five matches last season. The club will also be prohibited from operating the multiball system in its first three home league matches of this coming campaign. #AVFC.
