@CR_UK 41/60. A much slower pace and had to change route half way through as the bridges were borking the knee, but made it :) Next run I’ll try and find a flatter route!! #dontborktheknee

🍃💚🌳The first ever Charnwood Sustainability Fair takes place in Queen's Park in Loughborough today from 10am. Information stalls will be at the fair to advise visitors on how they can live more sustainably. Activities, food stalls and crafts will also be on offer.

Of all the things I have achieved this past year, this is the one I'm most proud of :)

@CR_UK 22.7/60 now. A few days off and the change in temp helped. I’ll be very happy if I can keep that pace up…although maybe I should focus on my knees surviving and not got ahead of myself 🤣
